A bank draft, in proof of your money transfer, should be sent with the registration forms. We regret that we are unable to accept personal, company and bank cheques for registration fee.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or withdraw from the Conference subject to the following conditions and restrictions: Attendees must give Management notice in writing of his/her intention to cancel or withdraw from the Conference. All refunds due will be paid no earlier than 45 days after the close of the Conference. Cancellations received in writing will receive refunds as follows:
- Prior to June 1, 2007, full refund less 15% cancellation fee
- Between June 1 and July 3, 2007 a refund of 50% less 15% cancellation fee
- July 3, 2007 and later, no refund.
